Bryan Green, the founding attorney of Bryan Green Law, has built his career on fighting for those who have been wronged. With over a decade of experience in courtrooms across Texas, Bryan has earned a reputation as a fearless advocate and skilled trial lawyer who delivers results in the toughest cases. He leads our firm with a simple philosophy: every client deserves their day in court and the very best representation we can offer.

Bryan started Bryan Green Law PLLC in 2025 after spending almost a decade leading the trucking and catastrophic injury section at one of the oldest and most revered plaintiffs’ law firms in the country.

Nationally recognized with a reputation for aggressive, results-driven advocacy, Bryan continues to focus his nationwide practice on serious truck accident cases. Lawyers from around the country routinely co-counsel with Bryan on serious complex cases–particularly those in his home state of Texas. In addition to truck accident cases, Bryan also handles cases involving serious personal injuries, such as premises liability or product liability cases. He has experience representing clients who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, amputations, spine and spinal cord injuries, and wrongful deaths.

A recipient of the Distinguished Services Award in 2024 by the AAJ’s Trucking Litigation Group, Bryan is a leader in the truck accident legal world. He is active in the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and the AAJ’s Trucking Litigation Group–currently serving as the co-chair of the Underride Committee. Bryan is also an author and frequent speaker around the country on trucking litigation issues, depositions, and underride crashes.
As an experienced trial attorney who has obtained multiple multi-million-dollar trucking verdicts, Bryan is no stranger to the courtroom and relishes the chance to tell his clients’ stories to juries. He’s been a member of the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 Trial Lawyers since 2023, the Top 10 Trucking Lawyers since 2024, and the Top 40 Under 40 from 2017 to 2023. Most recently, he’s been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in 2025 for Personal Injury Litigation, on Forbes’ list of the Best Dallas Truck Accident Attorneys in 2024, and on LawDragon’s list of 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers in 2023 and 2024. From 2018-2023, he was selected by Super Lawyers as a Texas Rising Star.

Prior to representing victims of truck accidents and other serious personal injuries, Bryan defended commercial truck drivers and trucking companies on the defense side. This experience gives him a keen perspective when it comes to understanding the interests of both sides of the docket and all angles when investigating & evaluating a case.

Bryan is licensed in Texas and has handled cases around the country, including Louisiana, Florida, Kentucky, California, Oklahoma, and Ohio. He received his J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Denver. When not practicing law, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids’ activities, and traveling. Up until the nonsensical trade of Luka Doncic, he was an avid fan of the Dallas Mavericks.
